Inside RIKAZAI
①Heat treatment system
The metal is softened using a vacuum annealing furnace to remove distortion while suppressing oxidation.
②Warm rolling mill
The heated ingot material is drawn out to a thickness that will pass through the cold rolling mill.
③Inspection equipment
The condition of the rolled product is checked before heat treatment is applied.
④Cold rolling mill
There are four cold rolling mills, the keystone of the processing.
⑤Office
The Sales Division and Management Division operate here.
⑥Product Storeroom
The temperature and humidity are controlled.
⑦Foil cutting room
The metal foil is cut to the required size.
⑧AI Visual Inspection device
AI both judges the proper quality of the product and captures the inspection image data.
⑨Cafeteria/Multi-purpose space
A multi-purpose space that normally serves as the staff cafeteria, and can also be used as a conference room or reception room.

Manufacturing Department
The Department is made up of staff in charge of rolling, heat treatment, cutting, visual inspection and packaging, and production management.
Administrative Department
The Department comprises the Quality Assurance Division and the General Affairs Division. The Quality Assurance Division in particular works closely with Sales and Manufacturing.
